-How to determine the size of the bike on your own-
There is a simple way to determine your proper size for the bike. This way, you won’t have to rely on just looking at the bike and wondering weather it is suitable for a comfortable driving.

First thing you need to do is to measure your inseam length, the inner leg, with a tape measure. Then, take your shoes off and stand against a wall; take a paperback book and place it between your legs in the highest point that you find it to be comfortable. With a pencil, make a mark on the wall at the top of the book and you’ll get the measure of your inseam.

Now the bike; make sure that the bike was measured center to center or centre to top. Center to center is determined when the bike is measured from the centre of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube; Center to top is determined when the bike is measured form the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat.
The measurements of your inseam simply multiply them by .65 for center to center bikes and .67 for center to top bikes to get the final size for your bike. If you wish to have the final result of bike size in inches, just divide the total with 2.54.

From the size of the bike, depends on how you can adjust to a suitable riding position. If you want more speed, leaning forward will adjust aerodynamic that cuts through the air. This body position may cause some body strains on the arms, shoulders on knees if the proper size is not adjusted. For a smoother normal driving simply lift the upper body to “catch the air” with your chest.
